Job summary

H-S International is seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative Construction Manager to be the primary on-site advocate for the Owner on large-scale utility and energy infrastructure projects.

You will lead the on-site team, ensure compliance with drawings, permits, and EPC contracts, validate progress, manage risks, and maintain strong relationships with landowners and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management on utility-scale energy projects.
• Experience as Owner’s Rep, EPC or Construction Management on large projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts and construction execution.
• Ability to travel and stay on-site for extended durations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Owner’s Representative team.
• Ensure activities comply with drawings, permits and EPC requirements.
• Validate progress against the baseline schedule.
• Identify schedule risks and drive corrective actions.
• Review change orders, claims and pay applications.
• Oversee QA/QC across all scopes.
• Provide reports on project status, risks and mitigations to leadership.
• Coordinate with landowners to maintain access and community goodwill.
