Job summary

Applied Digital is seeking an Owner’s Rep Electrical Superintendent to oversee field execution of power distribution and critical infrastructure on large-scale projects. As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this individual is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience in superintendent or lead supervision role.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical construction activities on site.
• Oversee installation of electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and power distribution.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, labor, and equipment.
• Review electrical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve field-level conflicts or issues.
• Lead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocols.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnover.
• Provide progress reports and communicate risks and constraints proactively.
