Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is seeking Owner's Representative Construction Managers for contract assignments on utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects across the United States. You will oversee EPC performance on site, protecting the owner's schedule, cost and quality interests from mobilisation through to commercial operation.

Qualifications

• Extensive construction management experience on utility-scale solar or BESS projects.
• Degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent field experience.
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR; PMP advantageous.

• Represent the owner on site and monitor EPC contractor performance against the contract.
• Track construction progress, schedule adherence and quality against project milestones.
• Review and validate contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders and pay applications.
• Report on progress, risk and safety performance to the owner and asset management team.
