Job summary

RMS Energy Co, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field execution on utility-scale Turn-Key and EPC projects focused on high-voltage infrastructure. The role requires guiding cross-functional field teams, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining schedules and budgets across multiple sites.

You will coordinate with project management, engineering, and field operations, manage vendor/subcontractor relationships, and support contingency planning to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in field construction management for utility-scale generation projects (high-voltage infrastructure)
• Experience leading cross-functional site teams and subcontractors
• Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, within budget

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of large Turn-Key and EPC projects
• Serve as primary site contact for client project teams during construction
• Ensure implementation of Project Execution Plans and QA/QC
• Support staffing and resource planning for craft and field teams
• Oversee tools, materials, equipment, and delivery timelines
• Foster a proactive safety culture
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships for contract compliance
• Conduct QA and safety inspections; verify proper use of equipment and safe conditions
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve delays or disruptions
• Collaborate with PM on budgets, productivity tracking, and scheduling
• Lead post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned
• Track and mitigate recurring field execution issues
