Job summary

Ensemble RCM in Winchester, VA, seeks an entry-level Patient Access staff to work onsite at Valley Winchester Medical Center on a 12-hour overnight shift (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation including AI.
• CRCR certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs, perform eligibility checks, collect insurance and patient info.
• Operate the switchboard and handle calls professionally with empathy.
• Assist with preregistration, POS collections, and documentation accuracy.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education materials.
• Audit accounts and ensure timely, accurate forms for audit standards.
