Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for an Outpatient Clinic in Chicago, IL. This full-time position involves performing patient care, nursing assessments, and education in a fast-paced clinic.

Requirements include a BSN, active RN license in good standing, 1+ year of healthcare experience, and proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred). A 3-week training period is followed by 6-week scheduling blocks.

Qualifications

• BSN required with active RN license in-state.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care/ Urgent Care / ER settings.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic preferred.
• BLS certification with expiry beyond start date.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Document patient information in the EMR accurately.
• Educate patients on medications, self-care and disease management.
• Coordinate care and connect patients with resources.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.
