Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated RN for an Outpatient Clinic in South Elgin, IL. This part-time contract role offers 2–3 weekdays and every other weekend, with an initial training period and 7–10 hour clinic days.

The RN will provide patient care, administer medications, perform testing, document records, and educate patients to promote positive outcomes. A potential path to permanent hire exists based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• BSN is required and an active RN license in IL is must.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings preferred or required as noted.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor and document vital signs, including BP, HR, RR, and temperature.
• Evaluate patient conditions and monitor responses to treatment.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Educate patients regarding medications, self-care, and disease management.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic environment.
