Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Clinic in Rolling Meadows, IL. This 100% on-site contract role pays $58.80/hour and requires part-time availability (2–3 weekdays and every other weekend) with a 3-week training period.

The RN will perform patient assessments, administer medications, phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing, document in EMR, and educate patients. Opportunity for permanent hire based on attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Current, active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1+ year of healthcare experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing required.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic preferred).
• Current BLS certification with expiration beyond start date.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Perform routine and advanced patient assessments.
• Monitor and document vital signs and treatment responses.
• Perform phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Educate patients on medications, self-care, and disease management.
• Document medical histories and treatments in the EMR.
