Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail management or clinical leadership.
• Associates degree or higher, or enrolled in a related program.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion for patient care; mentoring and training others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs for an easy, memorable experience and inform about products/services.
• Drive sales to meet revenue goals while delivering exceptional service.
• Resolve issues and train the team on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctors and Technicians on diagnostic/testing, contact lens care, and PEG standards.
• Ensure training guidelines, procedures and HIPAA-compliant records are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality and compliance.
• Uphold store brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Coach Technicians on contact lens insertion/removal and patient comfort.
• Oversee orders and inventory of diagnostic lenses weekly.
