Job summary

Stabil Drill, A Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Support Specialist to join our Conroe, TX team. You will prepare and maintain reports and schedules, manage accounts receivable/payables and QHSE duties, and support facilities and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities include creating work orders, reviewing and entering items into the accounting system, compiling data for management reports, and assisting in month-end close.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports and schedules for AR/AP and QHSE duties.
• Create work orders and review/enter items into the accounting system.
• Assist with projects to improve facilities, equipment, and property; coordinate vendors.
• Compile data and provide reports to management on tool usage, efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in month-end close processes.
