Stabil Drill, A Superior Energy Services Company, is a global provider of tough, durable tools for the energy industry, seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator (Day Shift) in Conroe, TX. You will plan, schedule and track personnel including 3rd party staff and equipment to ensure resources are available for jobs.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED. Forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to five years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure resources are available for jobs.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions. Recommend improvements in procedures and environment.
• Provide technical support. Advise customers and employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate leadership behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible for serving as a role model for district personnel.
• Communicate and ensure awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant QHSE handbooks, procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform any other delegated duties to maintain efficient running of the department; manual work will be performed.

Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator (Day Shift) to join our team in Conroe, TX.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure that resources are available for jobs. This includes 3rd party employees and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions. Recommend improvements in procedures and environment.
• Provide technical support. Normally this will involve advising customers and other employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate leadership behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible for serving as a role model for all district personnel.
• Responsible for communicating and ensuring full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department. Manual work will be performed.

Education/Experience

• Minimum of two to five years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
• Forklift Experience preferred.
