Job summary

Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a full-time Operations Support Specialist in Conroe, TX. The role focuses on reporting, scheduling, and basic accounting tasks, with emphasis on QHSE support and professional front-line communication.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports and coordinate office operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in related field.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports and schedules integral to the operation including accounts receivable/payables and QHSE duties.
• Create workorders, review, reconcile, and enter items received into accounting system.
• Assist with projects to improve or maintain facilities, equipment, and property; coordinate vendors.
• Compile data and provide regular and ad hoc reports to management for review of tool usage, efficiency and productivity.
• May participate in various QHSE audits internal or external.
• Assist in the month-end close process.
• Answer the telephone and/or greet customers and vendors professionally.
• Coordinate travel, draft correspondence, and organize events and meetings.
• Purchase inventory of office equipment and supplies.
• File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
