Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator (Night Shift) in Conroe, Texas. The role focuses on planning and scheduling personnel and equipment to ensure resources are available for jobs on a night shift.

The candidate will maintain shop conditions, provide technical support on equipment specifications, and uphold QHSE standards. Leadership and strong communication are expected to support efficient operations across the district.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel for jobs, including 3rd party workers and equipment.
• Maintain shop conditions and recommend improvements to procedures and environment.
• Provide technical support and advise customers on equipment specs and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate professional, ethical leadership for district personnel.
• Ensure compliance with relevant QHSE handbooks, procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties to maintain efficient department operations.
