Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services company, is seeking a Full-Time Manufacturing Production Coordinator to join the Conroe, TX team. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and tracking resources to support jobs on-site, with responsibilities spanning work orders, material needs, and equipment coordination.

We value strong impact through efficient processes and adherence to QHSE policies. Candidates should have 2–5 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to five years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure that resources are available for jobs.
• Administer Work Orders and setup quote templates.
• Determine the needs of department, including material needs, and tooling and equipment needs.
• Ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Create innovative approaches to address challenging opportunities.
• Provide technical support to customers and other employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
• Responsible for communicating and ensuring full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.
