Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator (Night Shift) to join our Conroe, Texas team. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and tracking personnel and equipment to ensure resources are available for jobs, while maintaining safe shop conditions and adhering to QHSE standards.

The candidate will provide technical support, advise on equipment specifications, and model professional leadership for district staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to five years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training accepted.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure resources are available for jobs, including 3rd party staff and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions and recommend procedural/environment improvements.
• Provide technical support, advising customers and staff on equipment specs and job customizations.
• Demonstrate professional and ethical leadership as a role model for district personnel.
• Ensure awareness and compliance with all relevant QHSE handbooks, procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform other delegated duties to maintain efficient department operation; manual work included.

Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator (Night Shift) to join our team in Conroe, Texas.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure that resources are available for jobs. This includes 3rd party employees and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions. Recommend improvements in procedures and environment.
• Provide technical support. Normally this will involve advising customers and other employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate leadership behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible for serving as a role model for all district personnel.
• Responsible for communicating and ensuring full awareness of, and compliance with, the requirements of all relevant company/customer QHSE handbooks, QHSE procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department. Manual work will be performed.

Education/Experience

• Minimum of two to five years’ experience in a related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
• Forklift Experience preferred.
