Job summary

Granite is seeking an Operations Specialist for an on-site role in West Lafayette, Indiana. You will support the Operations Manager with daily execution, coordinating vendors, inspections, and lease-compliance tasks while maintaining meticulous records.

You will interact with residents, guarantors, and internal teams, ensuring timely moves, thorough inspections, and accurate documentation. The role requires professional communication and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management, facilities coordination, vendor coordination, or related operations experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, documentation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Manager to execute daily operations and maintain task lists and records.
• Liaise with property management, maintenance, leasing, accounting, residents, guarantors, and vendors to keep market work moving.
• Prepare routine reports and updates on turns, inspections, vendor activity, lease compliance, invoices, and unresolved issues.
• Assist with sourcing cleaners, inspectors, and turn resources; perform inspections and track progress.
