Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Experience with property management software and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Verify lease accuracy and process lease documents (move-ins, renewals, terminations, amendments) per Granite policies.
• Maintain accurate, consistent data across reporting platforms; update the Market Leasing Guide (MLG).
• Serve as first point of contact for on-site teams; provide administrative support and guidance on lease documentation and reporting.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with Granite standards.
• Oversee integration of lease data across multiple systems for accurate reporting.
• Assist SVP of Resident Services with special projects and system updates.
