About the role

• Leasing Agents serve as the face of Granite and are the initial point of contact for new and current tenants seeking to rent or requesting assistance with issues regarding their current Granite‑managed unit. Leasing Agents represent the Granite organization with humility, integrity and accountability.

(This is an on‑site position located in West Lafayette, IN)

What you'll do

• Be knowledgeable of Granite‑managed properties including location, attributes and amenities.
• Schedule and facilitate property visits and showings to secure new leases.
• Prepare and present new and renewal leases to prospective and current tenants, answering any questions regarding the lease and managed property.
• Be familiar with the roles and responsibilities of Granite staff and departments to serve as a better resource to tenants and external stakeholders.
• Process and complete lease and other internal documentation.
• Contribute knowledge, experience, and recommendations during weekly or monthly leasing meetings.
• Maintain assigned company‑owned vehicle in a safe and clean working order, if applicable.
• Pursue specialization in areas such as leasing, customer service, social media marketing and integrated services.
• Work overtime during periods of high volume activity.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
