Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of Granite-managed properties including location, attributes and amenities.
• Schedule and facilitate property visits and showings to secure new leases.
• Prepare and present new and renewal leases to prospective and current tenants.
• Process and complete lease and other internal documentation.
