Job summary

Staffmark Group in Coppell, TX is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage the RB refurbish account, analyze data, and generate reports for our client’s Mobile Production Center. The role focuses on KPI review, forecasting, and daily operations.

You will interact with internal and external customers, ensure timely production, and support cost reduction opportunities while maintaining accurate inventory and performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of directly related experience required.
• 2-3 years of work experience related to business analyst/account management/project management area.
• Advanced experience using MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to analyze data and present reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
• This role requires being onsite in Coppell, TX office Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and reports KPI, forecast, return volume, and production progress.
• Ensures returned products are repaired/refurbished per production volume and carrier demand.
• Ensures availability of materials, products, parts and supplies for daily objectives.
• Identifies cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
• Reviews receiving rejects and guides inventory movement.
• Operates systematic inventory checks to align physical and systematic data.
• Follows up on daily account operation duties to keep operations smooth.
