Job summary

SITECH Northeast Construction Technology is seeking an Operations Scheduler to coordinate service calls and installations across ME, NH, VT, RI, MA, and Upstate NY. The role is based on-site in Londonderry, NH, with standard business hours and a pay range of $26.50–$31.50 per hour.

The ideal candidate will manage the schedule board, balance labor across jobs, and serve as the primary contact for technicians, customers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer use; Word, Excel, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule board and assign technicians to service calls and installations.
• Balance labor across service and installation work by territory needs.
• Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts to maintain short lead times.
• Serve as primary contact for technicians regarding scheduling during working hours.
• Ensure all service calls and installations are booked promptly and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Gather scheduling information from customers and make timely scheduling attempts.
• Maintain established response and scheduling timelines.
• Handle majority of scheduling calls with customers and internal teams.
• Process credit card payments when applicable.
• Provide cross-coverage for Process Coordinator during vacations or peak workload.
