Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Services and Dispatch teams, with accountability for personnel management and operational process ownership.
• Build and scale teams in line with business growth, including staffing, onboarding, and role design.
• Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and career-path planning; foster a positive culture.
• Establish performance standards and conduct regular reviews; coach through issues and uphold expectations.
• Own and improve processes within Client Services and Dispatch; maintain metrics, training records, and schedules.
• Monitor compliance with policies, safety rules, contracts, and regulations.
• Collaborate with operations management to implement cross-functional policies and technology initiatives.
