Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong Microsoft office skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' related work experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, planning, budgeting, scheduling and reporting.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and carrier/delivery coordination.
• Lead a team, develop performance plans, and drive productivity and quality.
• Coordinate across departments to improve processes and service levels.
• Maintain OSHA and internal policy compliance and lien releases as needed.
