Job summary

Prospectblue is seeking a Dispatch & Operations Manager for its Site Services division in Richmond, VA. You will lead day-to-day operations, act as the main contact for customers, and oversee the portable sanitation services from routine work to major events.

You will schedule, route, and coordinate deliveries and pickups, provide estimates, and work with billing for invoicing. Strong leadership and MS Office/dispatch software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or related operations.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Familiar with MS Office and dispatch software.

Responsibilities

Dispatch & Operations Manager – Site Services
Richmond, VA | Full-time | Monday–Friday, occasional Saturday

We’re partnering with a well-established construction services company to find a Dispatch & Operations Manager to lead its portable sanitation division. You’d run day-to-day operations and be the main point of contact for customers, from routine service to large events.

What you’ll do:

• Take and schedule orders for delivery, pickup, and servicing
• Plan daily driver routes and work assignments
• Help customers plan for large events and long-term projects

What we’re looking for:

• Dispatch, scale house, construction, waste management, logistics, or trucking experience
• Event logistics experience a plus
• Strong customer service, organization, and leadership skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and dispatch software
