Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Manager required.
• Proven ability to lead from the front and manage a high-performing team.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive, take-charge attitude.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and system skills.
• Previous dispatch experience preferred.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred, with HVAC experience a plus.
• Experience with Great Plains and/or Service Management software is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 10-12 Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers.
• Oversee daily dispatch and customer service operations.
• Ensure phones are properly staffed and customer issues are resolved promptly.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Monitor workflows, scheduling, and service levels to maintain operational efficiency.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accuracy within dispatch and service management systems.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
