Randstad, the world’s largest staffing firm, is hiring an on-site Operations Manager to support Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS). You will provide day-to-day leadership and manage account P&L, client relationships, and team development to deliver high-quality service at scale.

This role oversees up to 2-3 sites; 3+ years in high-volume staffing and 2+ years of people management are required, with travel between client site and recruiting center as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in high-volume light industrial recruiting/staffing.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Ability to travel between client site and recruiting center as needed.
• Proven ability to resolve complex client situations.
• Strong communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Run a high-volume light industrial client on a daily basis.
• Ensure payroll, productivity, profitability, and service level targets are met.
• Develop client relationships and deliver tailored services.
• Collaborate with account team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage a fixed and flexible workforce pool and drive performance using data.
