Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking an On-Site Manager to drive the success of the client’s on-site program and lead a team of specialists. You will ensure day-to-day operations align with client goals and company standards, while developing strong relationships with client management and temporary staff.

You will coordinate staffing, manage training and performance, and uphold safety and service quality across shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site program operations.
• Supervise On-Site Specialists and Assistants.
• Coordinate with client management and branch teams to meet performance goals.
• Recruit temporary resources as needed and ensure safety and compliance.
