Job summary

Elwood Staffing seeks an On-Site Specialist to support client On-Site programs, coach and guide temporary associates, and ensure performance goals are met. The role builds strong bonds with staff and ensures superior customer service across assignments.

You will work with client personnel, branch teams, and safety guidelines, conduct orientations, monitor turnover, and help recruit resources to meet client needs. This is an on-site, full-time position in Idaho.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with urgency.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver's license is required for this role to travel between branch and client location.
• Must have access to dependable transportation to ensure punctual arrival at work and travel between job sites or clients.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with the client’s management team.
• Collaborate with the branch, regional, and corporate teams to meet client performance expectations.
• Identify and assign temporary associates who meet client skills and abilities.
• Maintain regular contact with the current pool of temporary associates for future assignments.
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure associates understand safety and policy requirements.
• Walk the floor to engage with supervisors, address safety issues, and assess production demand.
• Monitor turnover and develop strategies to reduce it.
