ManpowerGroup is seeking an Onsite Supervisor (CP) in Oakland, CA to support the Onsite Manager in delivering seamless site operations and a superior client and talent experience.

Responsibilities include data entry and reporting, client communications, and day-to-day coordination across teams while ensuring compliance with SOPs and contracts. This role emphasizes safety, performance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• Industry: 2+ years in staffing, human resources, or a client-facing operational role.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in staffing, human resources, or service delivery.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical: Digital Literacy: MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook and Workforce Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate under general direction to support OnSite Manager and Client Ops Manager.
• Input and reconcile time entry, attendance, payroll, and client invoicing data.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly client reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align resources and ensure service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and contractual terms.
