Taranis is seeking a full-time, on-site Operations Support Specialist at our Indiana headquarters to serve as the office's operational backbone. You will provide administrative support for Flight Operations and daily Tier 1 IT needs, including onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support, operations support, customer service, or a closely related role.
• Proficient with standard business tools, comfortable troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and AI-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through on routine tasks and unexpected requests.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and high accountability.
• Willingness to work Saturdays during peak season.

Responsibilities

• People & Lifecycle Support: primary contact for employees, manage hardware setup, account creation, onboarding readiness, and offboarding.
• IT Support: configure and image workstations, manage access/permissions, troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Tier 1 Support: handle inbound tickets, maintain knowledge base.
• Flight Operations Support: provide routine operational/admin support to Flight Operations Managers.
• Adaptability: switch between technical, administrative, and office coordination tasks.
• Help maintain systems using AI tools for feature improvements and bug fixes.
