Qualifications

• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial) preferred.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to work in both office and plant environments with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work with manufacturing technicians to identify process improvement areas.
• Coordinate activities of contractors, hourly technicians, and resources.
• Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate results.
• Manage projects holistically from scope and capital to implementation and verification.
• Collect and analyze data to drive improvements with salaried staff and technicians.
