Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Operations & Efficiency Management Consultant to join our client team in Upington, Northern Cape. You will identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement solutions to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance across diverse sectors.

You will lead workshops, measure impact, and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure adoption of new practices, delivering tangible improvements and fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or management consulting.
• Proven success in driving operational improvements and achieving efficiency gains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of operational excellence methodologies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with client teams.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Upington, Northern Cape.

Responsibilities
