About the Role

You will be responsible for diagnosing operational bottlenecks, developing practical solutions, and overseeing the implementation of change initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement, or related industrial engineering roles.
• Proven experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for process mapping and data analysis.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required within the Welkom region and surrounding areas.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage deadlines.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Welkom, Free State .
