Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management or process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred; knowledge of re-engineering and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience leading large-scale operational improvement projects.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client processes, supply chains, and org structures to identify bottlenecks.
• Develop strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality.
• Apply lean, Six Sigma, and related frameworks in engagements.
• Lead cross-functional teams through change initiatives.
• Create KPIs and monitoring systems to track impact.
• Perform readiness assessments and assist change management.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on best practices.
• Prepare reports detailing findings, recommendations, and outcomes.
