United Future is seeking a Project Manager forConstruction in New York, NY on-site. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgets, and resource coordination across the full lifecycle, from preconstruction to completion.

Strong collaboration with architects, contractors, and property teams is essential. The role requires 5–10 years of field PM experience, the ability to read plans and specs, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of field experience as a Project Manager with an established construction firm.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs; develop scope from plans and critique drawings.
• Experience with insurance compliance and contract processes.
• Strong leadership and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee project objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and generate regular financial reporting.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subs, and labor across all phases.
• Ensure safety compliance, insurance requirements, and permits.
• Lead meetings, communicate progress, and review deliverables with clients.
