Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Project Manager for construction in New York, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. You will oversee all phases from design through completion, manage budgets and contracts, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5–10 years field PM experience, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam, and strong leadership to drive projects to completion on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical training with 5–10 years PM field experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting plans and specs.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and schedules.
• Experience coordinating architects, contractors and subs.
• Familiarity with construction safety and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage project accounting, budgets, and change orders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare health and safety plans and ensure site safety compliance.
• Monitor progress, hold status meetings, and report to clients.
