Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or technical training with 5–10 years field PM experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs and develop scope from them.
• Experience reading plans and specs, estimating, and managing budgets is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction project from conception through completion.
• Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources to meet milestones.
• Assist with budgeting, contracts, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
