Qualifications

• CA NP license required; ANCC or equivalent in Adult/Family/Geriatric/Acute.
• 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations; independent practice.
• Eligible for Medicare participation; company bills on your behalf.
• Valid CA driver’s license; local travel expected.
• Thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: initial/follow-up assessments; plan of care; consent; coordinate with providers.
