Circadia Health is hiring an on-site Nurse Practitioner in California to transform bedside care with AI-enabled insights. You will see patients first, act on predictive signals, and coach facility teams to intervene earlier while staying hands-on in care delivery.

Responsibilities include direct patient assessments, staff training for tech-enabled workflows, and timely documentation. A startup culture emphasizes collaboration, commuting within local facilities, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Certified and licensed Nurse Practitioner in CA.
• Eligible for Medicare participation; company bills on your behalf.
• 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations; independent practice.
• Valid CA driver’s license; comfortable traveling locally.
• Thrives in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: conduct assessments, initiate/adjust plans of care, coordinate with facility providers.
• Tech → bedside integration: train staff and integrate Circadia into workflows.
• Data into action: interpret insights and drive timely interventions.
• Close the loop: complete documentation within the same day.
• Mentor & collaborate: support NP onboarding and partner with clinical teams.
