Qualifications

• Monitor and manage enterprise networks and alerts across data and voice paths.
• Experience with common network monitoring tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks using StableNet and related tools.
• Use NokiaWaveSuite and NFM-P for diagnostics and monitoring.
• Respond to alarms, assess impact, troubleshoot, and restore service.
• Provide Level 1 support for switches, routers, firewalls, WAN links.
• Escalate incidents with clear findings to senior staff and partners.
• Provide timely, accurate updates to stakeholders with good service.
• Create incident records, runbooks, diagrams, and cabling docs.
• Support installations, deployments, testing, and projects.
• Protect information and follow security and incident response standards.
