Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in physical restraints when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant observation and 15-minute safety checks for high-risk patients.
• Assist patients with undressing, belongings, meals under RN guidance.
• Document patient behavior every 15 minutes and handoff to ED staff.
