Qualifications

Front desk operations including check-in/check-out and guest inquiries.
Accurate reservations handling and room assignments.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Cash handling, balancing drawers, and basic accounting/reporting.
Overnight shift reliability and alertness.
Proficiency with hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare end-of-day reports.
Post room charges and payments accurately.
Handle front desk duties such as check-in/check-out and guest inquiries during overnight hours.
Assist with reservations and guest requests, ensuring smooth transitions between night and day shifts.
Maintain security and a clean, organized front desk area and collaborate with other departments.
