Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center is seeking an experienced Night Auditor (Hotel) to join our team. This on-site role supports the Front Office leadership with courteous, efficient guest service before arrival and during stay, while optimizing room revenue.

The Night Auditor is an hourly non-exempt position reporting to the Front Office Manager. The role requires long shifts, strong communication, and ability to balance front desk operations with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel experience.
• Must multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift light objects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office leadership team while delivering attentive service.
• Maintain consistent attendance per hotel standards and schedules.
• Check guests in/out and manage room status and guest requests.
• Operate the Front Desk computer system and verify VIP requests.
• Monitor security and balance house bank as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
