AFP Management Corp. seeks an experienced Night Auditor for the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport Convention Center. This on-site role supports the front office leadership, processes reservations, and ensures accurate reporting and guest service throughout the night.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high standards and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–3 years in hotel or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Support front office leadership and ensure courteous guest service.
• Review and process room status, reservations, and rate quotes.
• Maintain logs, messages, and VIP requests with accuracy.
• Operate Front Desk systems and balance cash/housekeeping reports.
• Coordinate with departments to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Adhere to hotel credit policies and safety procedures.
