You will own SLA/KPI delivery, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure reliable service. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making with Power BI and strong stakeholder management, requiring 6+ years in logistics and a Bachelor’s degree, plus certifications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive operational experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
• Proven SLA/KPI performance across global multi-region customer footprints.
• Hands-on experience leading continuous improvement initiatives with measurable savings.
• Root-cause analysis (5 Whys, fishbone) and CAPA with Operations.
• Experience authoring and governing SOPs, playbooks, and onboarding docs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day service performance — SLA/KPI delivery across accounts.
• Drive continuous improvement roadmap for each key account with measurable savings.
• Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA and close loops with Operations and customers.
• Maintain SOPs and cross-regional operational governance.
• Deliver performance visibility via Power BI dashboards and scorecards.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, Control Tower, IT and Finance.
