Job summary

UnionMain Homes in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring a New Home Sales Counselor to welcome and guide prospective buyers through model homes and communities. You will assess buyer needs and present floor plans, features, and pricing, guiding the sale from first contact to contract.

You will coordinate with construction and design teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and host open houses and community events, while following up with leads to create a smooth, informative homebuying journey.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer-focused approach and sales mindset.
• Experience in New Home Sales or residential real estate is preferred.
• Knowledge of local market trends and homebuilding processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
• Ability to work on-site including weekends and evenings.
• Familiar with basic technology tools such as CRM systems and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide prospective buyers through model homes and communities.
• Conduct needs assessments and present floor plans, features, and pricing.
• Manage sales process from initial contact through contract signing.
• Coordinate with construction and design teams and maintain CRM records.
• Host open houses and community events; follow up with leads.
• Provide regular updates to buyers on build progress and timelines.
• Ensure a positive, informative homebuying experience.
