Job summary

Natus Sensory Inc. is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install, maintain, train, and service the Neurology product line at contracted accounts.

The role requires extensive onsite work at customer sites with frequent travel and coordination with installation and field service teams. Responsibilities include installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting PCs and networks, and delivering customer training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5 years of relevant field service experience performing installations, training, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and perform small neurology installations at the contracted account.
• Support larger neurology installations as assigned.
• Perform onsite service or preventive maintenance on installed equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Diagnose product failures and provide feedback to Engineering and operations.
• Provide basic customer training during installations or at training classes.
• Maintain timely paperwork and CRM data entries.
• Build strong customer relationships and support during implementation.
