Job summary

You will work independently and with project teams to perform service, maintenance, and customer training, ensuring high-quality system performance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years field service experience; medical device experience preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service and support Natus Neurology systems in territory.
• Perform installations, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate as needed.
• Document activities in CRM and ensure compliance with QA procedures.
• Deliver customer training during service engagements.
