Job summary

Natus Medical is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install, maintain, consult, train, and service the Neurology product line at contracted accounts. This onsite role requires travel and collaboration with installation teams and IT colleagues.

You will troubleshoot PCs, networks, and hardware/software, and contribute to customer training sessions. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of field service experience in medical devices, with strong Windows, AD, and Citrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree from an accredited college.
• 5 years of relevant field service experience performing installations, training, and troubleshooting; medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to lead technical planning discussions related to server builds, application hosting, and customer IT infrastructure requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems; familiarity with Active Directory and Windows security policies.
• Willingness to travel extensively and live near the contracted account; ability to work independently and within teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, consult, train, and service the Neurology product line at contracted accounts.
• Perform on-site service or preventive maintenance on installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PCs, networks, and proprietary hardware/software issues; escalate as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and CRM data entries accurately and timely.
• Travel extensively and work both independently and in teams within assigned territory.
