Job summary

NATUS Medical Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Installation Specialist - Contractor to support installation, configuration, and service of neurology systems at customer sites across the USA. You will join a project team to perform installation activities, deliver basic training, and ensure systems meet company standards and customer requirements.

This role requires strong technical execution, teamwork, and professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• 1 year of installations, training, and troubleshooting experience. Medical Device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support neurology system installations as assigned by Site Planners or Managers.
• Execute installation activities per company standards and customer expectations.
• Provide basic customer training during installations or scheduled sessions.
• Maintain CRM documentation and comply with Quality System procedures.
• Travel to customer sites and work in hospital/clinical environments.
